My 1 year old is awesome. Awesomely messy. I don't think there's been a day in his life that he hasn't gone through at least 1 "costume change", if you know what I mean. Naturally this means that finding cute shirts that I love, but also simultaneously don't care if it gets messed up is nearly IMPOSSIBLE! Summer is now in full swing, so I figure it's the perfect excuse to re-purpose wintertime favorites or sibling hand-me-downs so my little dirt tornado can go wild in his natural habitat without stressing me the *bleep* out.
How'd You Do That?
OK so basically you sew two parallel vertical seams a width apart that's a little more than 1/2 the waist circumference of your little one. Cut sleeves and cut the bottom to your desired length and VOILA! TWO SEAM TODDLER TANK!
